about
Curious Context Labs is an AI consultancy and build studio for small and mid-sized businesses in the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia. We find where AI pays off, then design, build and run it ourselves.
mission
Make AI do real work for smaller businesses, by giving it the context it is missing.
Large companies have teams to work out where AI fits. Most small and mid-sized businesses don't. They get a chatbot that doesn't know their products, or a tool nobody opens after the first week.
We want to be the team they would hire if they could: people who learn the business first, build what pays off, and stay to keep it working.
why the name
We start with questions.
Before we suggest any AI, we ask how the work really gets done: who does it, where it waits, what goes wrong. Most of the value is found in those first conversations.
What AI is missing.
Today's AI models are capable, but they don't know your customers, your rules or your way of doing things. Our job is to give them that context, safely, so the output is useful.
We prototype, test and ship.
We build small, test on your real cases and only then roll out. Ideas that don't work on real data get dropped early, before they cost you much.
why a cat
Our logo is a cat whose body curls into a question mark, with a ball of yarn for the dot. The cat is the curiosity: we ask before we build.
The yarn is your business context. It starts as a tangle that nobody has written down. We find the loose end, follow the thread and lay it out straight, so the AI can use it.
how we work as a team
Our team is in India. We keep fixed overlap hours for calls with clients in the US, the UK and Australia, so you always know when we are reachable.
Because we are in a different time zone, much of the build work happens outside your office hours. You review progress when you next check in, send feedback, and we act on it.
The people you talk to are the people who build. There is no hand-off from a sales team to a delivery team.
founders
[NAMES AND ROLES] Short profiles of the founders go here: who they are, what they have built and what they do on a project.

principles
They apply to every project, large or small.
OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or open models — we choose per task, based on quality, cost and where your data may go.
The code, prompts, data and AI accounts are yours. If we part ways, nothing is locked in with us.
Payments, customer promises, hiring decisions, anything legal: the AI drafts, a person decides.
We agree the scope and price up front. If we underestimated, that is our problem, not yours.
A free 30-minute call. Tell us how the business runs. We'll ask plenty back, and you'll leave with a few concrete ideas or an honest answer that AI isn't the right fix yet.
Working with teams in the United States, United Kingdom and Australia.
